Say hi whenever you enter a chat room, and be friendly to your fellow chatters and CMs (Chat Moderators). It's just good netiquette.
If you spot any newbies, welcome them to the chat rooms and bear with them till they become comfortable with the online chat experience. Remember - you were new once too!
USING CAPITAL LETTERS IS NOT ON. Capital letters are the online equivalent of shouting, and are considered extremely rude. CMs may use capital letters from time to time.
Improve your online chatting experience by using emoticons, e.g. (happy), (sad), etc.
At JackpotCity.com Online Bingo, we encourage any and all views, up to a point. If you disturb the peace of the chat room by insulting, offending or provoking anyone, the CMs will boot you out.
Ditto for offensive, abusive and discriminatory language.
Keep it clean when it comes to choosing your chat name, or we'll ask you to pick something else.
Note to industry plants: JackpotCity.com Online Bingo's chat rooms are for Players, not for competitors. If our CMs spy any mention of other online bingo sites, you'll be shown the door.
No gossip about other Players will be tolerated, especially if they are not present in the chat room at the time.
Be a good sport and congratulate your fellow Players when they win. What goes around comes around.

Bingo Bonus Money may be given to players in various forms such as a welcome bonus of £25 on your first deposit and 25% redeposit bonuses. Bingo Bonus Money (BBz) will also be credited for our daily, weekly and monthly promotions. Players should be aware of the following Bingo Bonus Money Rules:

Players are only allowed one bingo account and only one sign up bonus will be given per household. Any customer found to be abusing this rule or our bonuses will have all bonuses forfeited and their Bingo Account to be closed.
In the case of Bingo Bonus Money being awarded for certain promotions bingo bonus money can only be used to buy tickets once all money in a player’s cash account has been exhausted.
Players can win cash with Bingo Bonus Money. Bingo Bonus Money (BBz) does contribute to the total jackpot per game, and you can buy tickets using Bingo Bonus Money (BBz) and win the total jackpot just like any other game.
Real money winnings derived from any complimentary, promotional Bingo Bonus Money or Free Tickets received by the player may only be withdrawn once the following criteria have been met:

You have made a real money minimum deposit in your account of £10 or more.
You have purchased a minimum of 4 times the bonus amount on either bingo tickets.
If a withdrawal request is submitted prior to meeting the above terms and conditions, only winnings from real money play will be processed.
Only players that have made a deposit at JackpotCityBingo.com are eligible for Daily Promo BBz prizes and Chat Game BBz prizes.

The first correct answer for each quiz question will receive £3.
There is a maximum amount which a player may win during a quiz or chat game which is £9, giving everyone an equal chance to win some extra BBZ.
Other games based on bingo game play, bingo in 60, bingo lotto, 1 liners and double winnings have no limit as to what the player is able to win during the promotional period.
All random chat games played can only be won once per hour per player.
Players also need to be playing bingo and be purchasing tickets to qualify.
Quiz nights, 5 questions to be asked for the duration of 1 hour
The two players who answer the most correct questions for Tuesday’s karaoke night receive a CD each of their choice chosen from a selection of CD’s provided by JackpotCityBingo.com
The two players who answer the most questions correct for Wednesday night movie quiz receive a DVD each of their choice chosen from a selection of DVD’s provided by JackpotCityBingo.com
Players will receive their choice of CD’s/DVD’s and all other gifts via email the following day. CD and DVD and gift winners, this only applies to players living in the UK, players that win that do not live in the UK will be credited with BBz instead of receiving the gift, cd/dvd.
The delivery of the gift is included in the value of the gift.
All point earners each day will be displayed on a leader board the following day which will be available in the lobby! The points are tallied up to give us 3 weekly winners for game play and highest points earned during the week. The cash prize is 150 to the 1st place, 100 to second place and 50 to third place!

Take note: A winning player cannot win a CD/DVD consecutively, if they do then the prize will go to the runner up.

The Super Promo will take place in the Friendship Room.
Players who have been awarded tickets for the game will be placed on a leader board and the results will be posted on our blog.
The FH bingo winner of the monthly prize draw game will win the promotion.
Players will be notified of the amount of tickets they have accumulated monthly.
Players will be notified via email when the monthly prize draw game is being held.
Should the FH bingo be split, the prize will be split.
